Brewed in collaboration with esteemed journalist Jane Peyton, this is a revival of a medieval beer recipe. Using locally foraged plants, including Yarrow, Rosemary, Bog Myrtle and Ilkley Moor Heather, it is distinctly herbaceous, with a rich chocolate backbone.
