This Milk Stout is perfectly balanced and easy drinking. It packs in more flavour than it should be possible for such a low abv. First brewed back in 2012 using cranberries to balance the sweetness of the lactose. We have re-brewed to a new recipe utilising bitterness from coffee, which we feel not only balances this sweetness, but provides more depth of flavour. The coffee used is Sumatra Jagong Village from Indonesia, and was supplied by our friends at Casa Espresso.
