The blend of 5 malts used in the mash give a smooth, mellow easy to drink malt flavour with a hint of liquorices in the finish.

India Pale Ales were made for transport overseas and are strong in alcohol and strongly hopped. Our golden coloured Lotus IPA is both of these and more with summit hops from New Zealand and cascade hops from America giving strong aromas and flavours of mango, grapefruit and all round citrus. Winner of the bronze medal in the string ales category at the SIBA Northern region beer competition 2010.

A full bodied oatmeal stout brewed with a blend of maris otter, roast, crystal and chocolate malts with wheat and oatmeal.
