Ilkley Brewery was re-established in the town after a gap of nearly 100 years in 2009. We have a clear philosophy - to brew world class beers distinctive in style, flavour and character. When we say we are passionate about beer, we mean REALLY passionate and this is clearly expressed in our award winning range of beers and ales. Our philosophy starts with the raw materials we use, water from The Yorkshire Dales, the finest English malted barley and hops, sourced by our brewer from all over the world.
