• Wort production / Cellar and yeast management / CIP, COP and cleaning procedures
• HACCP/QC/Lab Testing – maintaining and enhancing product quality; safety and legal compliance
• Development of beer range/ Support packaging and warehouse
Skills and experience
• IBD qualification or equivalent
• Minimum two years’ experience in a commercial brewery
• Confident written and verbal communication skills
• Willing to work weekends on rota (gravity/QC checks)
