HOW OUR DELIVERY SYSTEM WORKS

As soon as your order is placed, we’ll send you a confirmation email.

If you live in the LS, HG or BD postcode areas, your order will likely be delivered on one of our vans within 3 working days. National deliveries are dispatched within 1 working day but due to pressure on the courier network may take up to 5 days to arrive.

Orders received after 8am Thursday will not be shipped until the following Monday to avoid beer sitting in courier warehouses over a weekend.

FOR ORDERS OVER £50, DELIVERY CHARGES WILL NOT APPLY.

Our 3rd party courier, DHL, will provide you with tracking details once they have your order. You can use the tracking number on their website.

If you are not in when delivery is due, the delivery driver will attempt to leave it in a safe place or with a neighbour.

If this is not possible, a card will be left with details of how to rearrange your delivery. Should subsequent delivery attempts fail the order will be returned to us. This will result in you forfeiting the delivery charge
(if applied).

If it is deemed that you made no attempt to contact us or the courier regarding delivery, a further standard delivery charge will be required to re-send the order. 

Please note that by law we are not permitted to leave any alcoholic goods with any person unable to provide proof that they are over 18.

At peak times it may not always be possible to deliver your order within
our standard promise.

If there is a known delay we will contact you with a new estimated delivery date and strive to get your order to you as soon as possible.
