Established in 2009 and a consistent award-winner, Ilkley releases new beers every month, and we look to the whole team to contribute to our development. With the increasing demands facing the brewing industry, it's more important than ever for successful small businesses to have the right people involved, and experience in brewing or in direct sales are essential attributes for these two roles respectively.
Brewer
This is a great opportunity to join the production team of an established brewery and work in a fun and dynamic environment.
Ilkley is SALSA+ accredited and brews over 5000Hl pa in cask, keg and bottle.
We have a focus on quality and consistency in our brewing standards, and our beers are sold regionally, nationally and internationally. The successful candidate will need to demonstrate attention to detail, high professional standards relating to quality control, hygeine, and communication. A formal brewing education or professional brewing experience is essential. Experience in all formats of beer packaging preferred.
37.5 hours per week including some weekend work. Competitive and experience-graded salary, with development opportunities based on ongoing study.

Telesales
Ilkley may sell beers all over the world, but maintaining our heartland of Yorkshire is so important to us. The region is home to many great breweries, and so having the right people selling our dream is essential.
The role is office-based on Monday & Tuesdays, with scope to add further hours through the week. Flexible start & finish times, and competetive above-Living-Wage rate of pay + target/bonus structure and incentives available.
We have a large database of customers, with varied needs, and so good organisational and communication skillls are essential. Computer compentency is required as well as healthy doses of common sense, initiative and fun!
