RETURNS & REFUNDS
Order Cancellation:
Once an order has been placed, it enters our processing system immediately, and unfortunately, we are unable to cancel or modify the order. Please ensure you review your order carefully before submitting it.
Damaged or Defective Items:
In the unfortunate event that your item arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 14 days of receiving the item, providing clear evidence such as photographs or videos. Upon verification, we will offer one of the following solutions based on the scenario: a refund for the damaged items, a replacement, or store credit for a future purchase (if appropriate).
Refund Process:
If we are able to offer you a refund, the amount will be returned to you via the original payment method used during the purchase. For instance, if you paid via Paypal or Stripe, your refund will be processed through the same payment gateway. Refunds will be initiated within 7 business days of confirming the refund, and it may take up to 10 business days for the refund amount to reflect in your account, depending on the processing times of your bank or payment provider.
